Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Huntley, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, 3rd shift. You will administer medications per physician orders, document meticulously, and uphold resident safety and dignity.

You will collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being, while pursuing quality improvement and ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (required).
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, dignified care.

Salary Range: $32.00 - $34.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Administers medications as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience
