Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our specialized residential care team in Pennsylvania. You will care for residents with cerebral palsy and neuromuscular conditions, providing bedside nursing, medication administration, and ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and per facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ health, vital signs, and neurological changes.
• Recognize condition changes and report promptly to healthcare team.
• Provide nursing care and assist residents with daily needs.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and direct-care staff on care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications, treatments, and assessments.
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow procedures.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Promote safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols and PA regulations.
