Job summary

The Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-centered care team in York, PA.

This on-site role supports individuals with cerebral palsy and neuromuscular conditions and offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain health, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care, residential care, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with neuromuscular conditions is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed according to regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ health, vital signs, and neurological status.
• Document care accurately and timely in the EHR.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and direct-care staff on care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow procedures.
• Maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and comfort.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
