Qualifications

• The candidate must hold an active nursing license in the applicable state.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certification per state requirements.
• Meet annual continuing education hours for nursing licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
• Knowledge of state laws and regulations relevant to nursing practice.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents according to physician orders and Primrose policies.
• Ensure care aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with staff to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation as required.
