WeCare Centers in New Castle, PA is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift full-time roles. You will provide essential nursing care, monitor patient health, and administer medications in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Valid LPN license in the State of PA.
• 1st and 2nd shifts, full-time positions available.
• Provide nursing care, monitor health, administer medications.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' medical status on admission and during treatment.
• Provide regular patient status updates.
• Assist with implementing treatment plans under RN direction.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Supervise or assist with medication administration.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed.
• Follow and maintain plan of care for each resident.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
