Topeka Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The role emphasizes person-centered care and compliance with long-term care standards.

The updated pay plan offers starting pay at $28.50 per hour with shift and weekend differentials, plus additional pay based on experience. This is a faith-based, non-profit community focused on learning and resident well-being.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Current license to practice as an LPN in the state.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Prior geriatric long-term care experience is a plus.
• IV Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
