Job summary

Homestead of El Dorado is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead our nursing team. Daily pay is available and the position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, professional resident care.

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the RCC will review and supervise policies affecting total patient care, monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, assist with admissions and ensure resident rights and assessments are in place, while

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience leading nursing teams and ensuring compliant resident care.
• Ability to supervise adherence to care policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations including infection control and resident rights.
• Assist residents with admission and ensure required state/federal assessments are completed.
• Provide care and compassion to foster residents' physical and emotional well-being.
