Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, FL is launching a structured LPN Residency Program for newly licensed practical nurses with less than one year of acute care experience.

The 12-month program includes orientation with a dedicated preceptor, mentors, simulation labs, quarterly seminars, and start dates in Winter 2027; eligible units include Medical.
