Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital – Springfield is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team in Springfield, MO. You’ll deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN or nursing diploma program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patients, families and care teams to create care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians and staff.
• Assist with discharge planning to support safe transitions.
