Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult and geriatric patients while floating between multiple hospital facilities in the region.

The role spans Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency Department, Oncology and other units, requiring collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and strict adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the practicing state (Missouri).
• Minimum of one year bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred for critical care roles; IV certification mandatory.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient handling tasks.
