Proforma Health seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Regional Float Pool, delivering bedside care across multiple hospital facilities in the East Region. The role floats between Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and specialty units to support patient care.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current LPN licensure and relevant bedside experience; BLS, ACLS/PALS, and IV certification are preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications
