Job summary

North Florida Medical seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide hands-on nursing care in our clinic under the supervision of providers and the Center Manager. You will coordinate care with the care team and community resources to ensure seamless patient services.

You will become proficient with the EMR system and follow the EMR Manual instructions to document care accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts.

SUMMARY:

Qualifications

EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• LPN License OR licensed RN with an active LPN license to practice in the State of Florida.
• Active BLS Certification.
