North Florida Medical Centers, Inc. in Crestview, FL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in our clinic under supervision of providers and the Center Manager. You will coordinate care with the care team and community resources, and become proficient in our EMR.

The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends. Required: graduation from an accredited nursing program, Florida LPN license (or RN with active LPN license),

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• LPN License OR RN with active LPN license to practice in Florida.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Active BLS Certification.

SUMMARY

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
