Job summary

North Florida Medical is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide nursing care to clinic patients under supervision of providers and the Center Manager. You will work closely with the care team and community resources to coordinate care and services, while becoming fully proficient in the EMR system per the EMR Manual.

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, typical 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., no weekends; Florida LPN licensure (or RN with active LPN license) and BLS

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• LPN license or RN with active LPN license to practice in Florida.
• Active BLS Certification.
