Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team, delivering compassionate nursing care and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to maintain patient well-being in a skilled nursing setting.

The LPN will monitor patients, report changes, assign duties to CNAs, and ensure compliance with Life Care standards and regulations. Ongoing orientation and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with an active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
