Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The LPN delivers quality nursing care and supports the team to maintain patients’ highest practicable well-being in accordance with Life Care standards.

You will monitor patient conditions, document changes, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties and supervise CNAs as needed.
