Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing with Ohio LPN licensure.
• Must have medication administration approval in the State of Ohio.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments under physician instructions.
• Take medical histories and maintain client medical records.
• Provide hygiene instruction and arrange for special diets or consultations.
• Be liaison between direct care staff and medical consultants.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality in all patient care activities.
• Conduct nursing assessments and assist physicians within scope of practice.
