Qualifications
- Must be an LPN licensed in the state of Ohio.
- CPR certification is recommended.
- Experience in resident care is valued.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs.
- Complete documentation of care given.
- Follow residents' care plans and report changes.
- Report abnormal findings and unsafe conditions.
