Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Takes and records residents' vital signs.
• Administers specified medications and documents administration.
• Dresses wounds and provides related care as prescribed.
• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor.
• Assigns duties to nursing assistants and evaluates progress as part of the team.
