Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call shifts. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support residents in a long-term care setting.

We offer shift differentials, education assistance, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be a MN-licensed LPN, with flexibility for day, evening, or night shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
• If position requires IV therapy/management, ND requirements may apply.
• Maintains department competencies and completes CEU/training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care settings under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident health and safety.
• Demonstrate communication and confidentiality with residents, families, and staff.
