North Auburn Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call shifts at our North Auburn facility in Auburn, WA. The role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating care with the nursing team.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
