Lakeside Post Acute is hiring LPNs in Colorado. Open positions include 1 full-time or 2 part-time roles with shifts including 6:30pm-6:30am and 6:30am-6:30pm. Candidates must hold an active LPN license in Colorado, CPR certification, and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments
