Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. You will apply nursing principles to assess and treat residents per care plan and document care provided.

This PRN role requires availability for six shifts per month, including weekends and holidays, with weekend and after-hours incentives. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident health, safety, and comfort

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Assess residents and administer medications or treatments per care plan.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
