Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must hold a current unencumbered LPN license and multi-state licensure privileges.
• CEU and competency training requirements must be completed annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
