Job summary

(Ahwatukee Post Acute) La Estancia SNF Healthcare, LLC is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the Ahwatukee Post Acute team on the Day and Night shifts. Full-time positions with 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and assisting with individualized care plans, with emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Level On Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
