Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute is seeking an LPN to provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit. The role may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medications, and performing treatments.

Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado is required; prior post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, along with a supportive team environment.

Current openings:

• PRN, 6am-6pm


• PRN, 6pm-6am


• ** PRN must work at least 3 shifts per month including at least 1 weekend shift per month

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Rate Range: $28-$35/hour
