Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in Colorado. Multiple PRN openings with 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts; at least 3 shifts per month including one weekend shift required.

The role involves direct patient care in a skilled nursing unit with potential supervision of nurse assistants. Competitive pay with full benefits for full-time staff, including healthcare, 401k, PTO, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing is a plus.
• PRN availability includes at least 3 shifts/month with a weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• Assist with supervising nurse assistants as needed.
• Administer meds and perform treatments per care plan.
