Job summary

NHC HealthCare Springfield is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Springfield, TN team. Provide high-quality patient care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with physicians, RNs, and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes.

We offer Day shifts 3-4 days weekly, up to $35/hour plus shift differentials, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time (or $2,500 for part-time). OnShift Wallet access enables early wage payment, with PTO, overtime, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN/LPN or RN license; GN/GPN waived.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.
