Job summary

NHC HealthCare Franklin, Franklin, TN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team. You will provide direct patient care, follow the nursing process, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with 12-hour shifts, weekly/daily pay options, and up to $35/hour based on experience. Benefits include PTO, overtime and shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k), and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN/RN Nursing License (we also welcome GNs and GPNs!)

Schedule & Pay

• 12-hour shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
