Job summary

NHC HealthCare Springfield is seeking an RN to join our Springfield team. You will provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with physicians while upholding high clinical standards in a supportive environment.

We offer 12- or 8-hour shifts, competitive pay up to $45/hour plus shift differentials, full-time employment, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN/RN Nursing License is required or GN/GPN considered.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing care.
