Baptist Health Medical Group Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Occupational Medicine Charlestown, IN PRN The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral member of the health care team, providing compassionate, individualized patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or provider. The LPN performs designated elements of patient care and supports the clinical team in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients.
