Salary: $32 - $36 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services (Homecare) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Elizabethtown, KY. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care and interventions in a one-on-one patient ratio setting. Must be comfortable working with pediatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
