Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct 1:1 homecare to patients in the Massachusetts area. You will deliver personalized care in patients' homes, with one patient at a time, ensuring comfort and safety while following individualized care plans.

This role offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, and PRN work. Active LPN license and BLS required; pediatric and adult patients may be served.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans and document care.
