Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN for home-based patient care in Ohio. You will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans while documenting care and communicating with the healthcare team. Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
