Qualifications

• Provide nursing care under supervision of RN/MD as part of the nursing team.
• Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
• Assess patient condition, report changes, and participate in care planning.
• Orient/train less experienced staff and support personnel as needed.
• Deliver patient education and ensure privacy and dignified care.
