Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking an LPN for a primary care clinic in Maryland. This full-time position covers 30-40 hours per week, 3-4 days, with every-other weekend availability. Compensation is $37.17 per hour, with full-time benefits and a 401(k) matching plan.

Responsibilities include administering vaccines and medications, recording vital signs, conducting assessments, and coordinating patient access. Candidates should be licensed LPN with experience in primary or urgent care or emergency

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications (oral, IV, injectable, topical).
• Record vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Perform routine and complex assessments and document treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Review medications for side effects, contraindications, and interactions.
• Conduct mental health screenings and document medical histories in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, self-care, and disease management.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources.
