A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in Boardman, Ohio. This part-time role offers 20-30 hours per week across 2 or 3 days, with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Conduct routine and complex patient assessments and document responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site providers.
• Document medical histories and treatments in the EHR.
• Educate patients about medications and disease management.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources.
