Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program and LPN/LVN licensure.
• Experience in ambulatory or physician practice is preferred.
• NCLEX-PN and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers and RNs in direct patient care in the clinic.
• Room patients, measure vitals, and document in the EHR.
• Administer medications/immunizations within scope.
• Collect blood specimens and perform simple tests.
• Educate patients and provide follow-up instructions.
