Qualifications

• Active state LPN licensure or LPN applicant
• BLS - American Heart Association
• One year of clinical patient care experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to provide care to all ages of patients
• Ability to learn computer-based scheduling/registration systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team members to meet patient/family needs
• Implements the plan of care with direct nursing care
• Labels and packages specimens
• Supports indirect care through clerical/administrative duties
• Acts as chaperone during patient examination
• Assists with procedures, treatments, and interventions
• Other duties as assigned
