Job summary

Amberwell Health Atchison is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers and the care team in our clinic. You will assist with patient intake, document medical history, take vitals, and perform injections, vaccinations, EKGs, and CLIA-waived tests within the LPN scope.

You will document assessments and interventions in the medical record, coordinate referrals, monitor patients between visits, and provide patient education to promote wellness.

Qualifications

• Must complete accredited Vocational/Technical Nursing Program.
• Unencumbered active Kansas nursing license.
• BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years clinic experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
