Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care under the oversight of an RN or clinic supervisor.
• Collaborates with patient and care team to facilitate a patient-centered medical home.
• Takes medical histories, measures vitals, and assists clinicians.
• Coordinates with specialists and their facilities; facilitates care transitions.
• Provides phlebotomy and immunization services.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Assists with member check-in and understands basic benefit eligibility and clinic workflows.
