Join Centers Health Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Pre-Operative department.

Job Details

Location: Amsterdam Nursing Home, New York City

Shift: All shifts available

Rate: Starting at $35.38/hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Non-union rate is $45/hour. We have recently increased our rates!

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new residents for admission
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administer medications and injections as needed
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitor food and liquid intake and output

Requirements

• Valid NY State LPN license in good standing
• Ability to work as part of a team
