LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Clinic Nurse to support outpatient Urogynecology services, assisting providers, patients, and families to ensure accurate diagnosis, treatment, and seamless care. The role is in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical setting, delivering hands-on patient care and procedural support.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, has inpatient or med-surg experience, and can provide age-appropriate care.

Qualifications

• LPN license or certification required.
• Experience in inpatient or med-surg settings preferred.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient history, vital signs, and complaints.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with minor procedures.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and skin tests under provider guidance.
• Process lab specimens accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with patients and providers to support timely care.
• Maintain clean, properly equipped exam rooms following aseptic standards.

The role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, primarily in clinical settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting and documenting patient history, vital signs, and complaints
• Preparing patients for examinations and assisting with minor procedures
• Administering medications, vaccines, and skin tests under provider guidance
• Processing lab specimens accurately and efficiently
• Communicating with patients and providers to support timely care
• Maintaining clean, properly equipped exam rooms following aseptic standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Previous inpatient or med-surg experience preferred
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care in clinical areas
