Mental Health Association of Rochester in Allentown, PA, is seeking a Clinic LPN to provide essential clinical support in our outpatient setting. You will assist providers, document histories, and help with procedures to deliver compassionate, quality care.

Role Overview:

The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in outpatient settings, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostic procedures, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and prepare reports.
• Administer medications and vaccines, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain a clean, prepared treatment environment.
• Follow up on diagnostic tests to ensure accuracy and completeness, ensuring quality care and continuity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required.
• New and experienced LPNs are welcome.
• Ability to provide care for specific age groups, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork are essential.
