Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct patient care, assist with assessments, planning, and evaluation, and support discharge planning and patient education.

The role involves 7a-7p shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements, collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team, and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth within a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX is passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies and procedures.
• Evaluate patient responses and effectiveness of nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
