Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, assess needs, and contribute to care plans within established standards.

The role includes administering treatments and medications, evaluating responses, coordinating with physicians and teams, and mentoring new staff. Evening shifts with some weekends/holidays offer opportunities for development and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Ability to coordinate patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate bedside manner.
