Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a clinical setting. You will perform treatments, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic studies following established policies and procedures.

You will assess patient needs, contribute to care plans, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor new staff, and participate in safety and continuous learning within a supportive environment.
