Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct patient care and assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to promote safety and optimal health outcomes.

You will contribute to comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team, and administer treatments and medications in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required.
• Interest in Cardiac Nursing preferred and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or willingness to develop cardiac telemetry skills.
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills are essential.
