Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Tennessee for post-acute care programs including physical, occupational and speech therapies. Top pay with weekly pay and NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY.

Shifts available: Day, Night, Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem. Duties include medication administration, admissions/discharges, charting, patient education for residents and families, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical records and department records.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment and rehab and changes in status.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility policies.
• Consult with residents’ physicians about plan of care and notify changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of residents.
• Ensure quality of care by following DOH and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve residents’ problems.

Education

Nursing degree or graduation from an approved LPN/RN program
