Qualifications

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Document resident care in medical records.
• Educate residents and families about treatment and status changes.
• Follow infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Consult with physicians about plans of care.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Adhere to DOH and facility standards of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
